Material testing
To ensure our products are up to scratch, we check the quality of the working components during the entire production process - from material testing (tensile and impact test checks), when receiving goods to the final product inspection.
After each production stage, the quality at each step is checked and documented by the examiner.
Before being used in production, each material batch is tested by a sample check, tensile test and impact test check to confirm its quality suitability for the final product.
In the final inspection, a broad range of testing takes place. This includes, among other things, a dimensional inspection, testing of the mechanical properties and crack detection using the magnetic particle method.
On request, we can do a 100% check of the entire delivery batch instead of just a sample check.
